Don't forget to bring
We're not the experts in what you need, but here's the basic list our guests keep telling us they wish they'd remembered.
- Passports or IDs — needed for your flight and at check-in
- Swimsuits, bikinis, pareos
- Sun cream, hats, sunglasses, flip flops
- Mosquito repellent or anti-mosquito plugs
- Camera, memory cards and charger
- Personal electronics chargers + EU adaptors
We're right in the centre with plenty of shops around. But if you're especially in love with a particular cream, shampoo or soap — bring it.
Welcome pack & extras
We offer a complimentary starter pack of bottled water, tea and coffee. Want more waiting for you? Pick any of the extras below and book in seconds — we'll have it ready when you walk in.

Water, milk, bread, butter, orange juice, ham, cheese and fresh fruit. Tell us exactly what you'd like once ordered.

Croissants, chocolate, butter, orange juice, fruits, marmalade, ham, serrano ham and cheddar — a stylish breakfast on your sunny terrace.

Everything in the breakfast hamper plus a bottle of Juve & Camps Cinta Púrpura to toast your arrival in paradise.

Like to stretch or exercise on holiday? We'll leave a fully sanitised mat in your apartment for the length of your stay.

The big key opens the street doors — A block, the garden, and B/C block (which leads to the street behind). A small grey fob is the digital key for the street door. The smaller key opens your apartment.
The B/C block street door stays closed midnight–8am. Don't leave the key in the lock behind the door — a locksmith call-out is €120. Lost keys: €30 replacement.
In the apartment
We provide bottled water, toilet rolls, hand soap and washing-up liquid. After that, it's a quick walk to the supermarket — these are self-catering apartments. Shower has a dispenser with body wash and shampoo to get you started.
Bath towels stay inside. Use the colourful or Skol-branded beach towels for the pool and beach — one per guest is in your apartment.
Curtains run on cords — please don't tug them. Fold the terrace blind every time you leave; it damages easily in the wind. Close all windows too — we're beachfront and it can pick up suddenly.
Sofa covers stay on at all times. Mattresses have waterproof protectors — please do not remove them.
We're not responsible for items left in the apartment. Watch how the safe works.
Take it out daily. Drop it 9pm–11pm in the colour-coded containers behind Skol at the B-block exit. Skipped check-out cleanup is a €20 charge.

Pool rules
- Skol pool is for Skol residents only — not Parque Marbella, Diana, Neptuno or Cibeles guests.
- Sunbeds are from the Skol maintenance team from 9am, €3/day with a mattress (use a beach towel).
- Want a specific spot? Queue from 7.30–8am. Otherwise turn up later and grab what's free.
- No bath towels at the pool. No towels or chairs on the grass.
- Kids out of the pool with slippers on. Swimwear must be EU-compliant.
- Lower pool: 14+ and swimming only — no inflatables.
- No ball games in the garden. No glass anywhere — plastic only.
- Pool bar opens Tuesday–Saturday, 12–17. Pop down and support them.
Building etiquette
Walls, floors and ceilings are thin. Keep voices low, wear slippers indoors and ask the kids not to run in corridors or reception. The marble staircase is slippery — take care.
Two WiFi zones in the receptions of A and C blocks — signal reaches the gardens. Find the network and password at reception.
Weekly street markets
All markets run roughly 09:00–14:00. Go early for the best produce, late for the best bargains. Bring cash and a tote bag.
